"Retirees will learn very important and very interesting information for them," Aleko Elisashvili, the leader of the party "Citizens," stated.
He said that work is underway in the Parliament to reduce the interest rate on pension loans.
"We want this inhuman interest on loans to be more human for pensioners. A joint working group has been set up in the Parliament. I want to inform the pensioners that we are not just making statements about this problem, a few days ago there was a meeting with the Speaker of the Parliament, Kakha Kuchava, organized by him. I do not want to anticipate the events. However, I have an objective and reasonable expectation that as a result of this process and especially this meeting, retirees will learn very important and very interesting information for them," said the representative of the parliamentary opposition Aleko Elisashvili.
