On 18 November, Georgia and Azerbaijan marked the 28th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. The Embassy of Azerbaijan in Georgia has published a post saying that the relations between the two countries are of utmost significance for the two nations' wellbeing and the development of the region of Transcaucasia.
"Ties between our countries have developed into strategic partnerships for the last 28 years. The contacts between Azerbaijan and Georgia will advance to a higher level, and our strategic partnerships will be deepened," the post reads.
