Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Davit Zalkaliani will pay a reciprocal official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan on February 18-19, 2021, the Ministry reports.
During the visit, Davit Zalkaliani will hold meetings with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, and will take part in the 9th meeting of the Georgia-Azerbaijan-Turkey Trilateral Foreign Ministerial. Within the framework of the tripartite ministerial, Davit Zalkaliani will also hold a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu. It should be noted that the Georgia-Azerbaijan-Turkey trilateral format is a successful mechanism of regional cooperation, held regularly since 2012.
