The time for requesting a portable ballot box has been extended, and now people in self-isolation can request it before 2 p.m., 27 October.
At the Central Election Commission (CEC) briefing, it was mentioned that only citizens who are in the corresponding database would be allowed to cast a vote in mobile ballot boxes. At this point, more than 4,000 citizens have requested the corresponding service, with calls still made at the CEC.
The CEC will inform self-isolated citizens on the extension of the term via social networks and different media outlets, and tomorrow, it will also remind self-isolated voters to call at the CEC information center at 2-51-00-51 and require potable boxes before 2 p.m., 27 October.
For the purposes of involving electoral entities, local and international monitoring organizations, and the media, the CEC determined to extend their registration deadline before 6 p.m., 27 October.
