UNM member Khatia Dekanoidze says that Ex-pres. Mikheil Saakashvili's whereabouts are unknown to her at this point. In her words, the public defender also has no information on the subject.
''I have unverified information that they have discussed the issue of taking Mikheil Saakashvili somewhere. I am trying to access the justice minister, in vain, though. The ombudswoman also has no verified information at this point.
We are being kept in the dark. We are seeking information. Mrs. Giuli Alasania was denied access to him today,'' Dekanoidze said, adding ''I require information on Saakashvili's whereabouts from the Justice Ministry urgently.''
Mikheil Saakashvili was detained on Oct 1. He was moved to the Gori Military hospital on Nov 20.
