Lelo For Georgia party Chairman Mamuka Khazaradze says that the country is entering an even more critical phase than it was last year when Georgia started recording coronavirus cases. In Khazaradze's words, the country lacks resources to manage the situation.
In his interview with Formula, the Lelo For Georgia party chairman also focused on his own vaccination and said that the doctor who administered the vaccine proved anti-vaxxer.
Additionally, Khazaradze stressed that the neighboring countries have already vaccinated 26.27 and 30% of their population, while Georgia has only 3% of vaccinated citizens. The Lelo for Georgia party leader laid the blame on the ruling party for the failure to manage the pandemic.
''I got my second jab a couple of days ago, and the doctor filling out the form in the room, in fact, proved an anti-vaxxer. People stood in a queue, and I held back from starting vaccination-related arguments there; however, I left the room dumbfounded. I heard the doctor saying he is not sure that the vaccine will improve the situation,'' Khazaradze said, adding that due to mismanagement and irresponsibility the country faces, people's death has become a mere statistic.
