The meeting between the Georgian Dream ruling party and representatives of the opposition has ended.
Chairman of the Committee of Legal Issues Anri Okhanashvili said that the agreement on the amnesty draft law will be abided by, and the Georgian Dream will fulfill its responsibilities before the European Union.
In Okhanashvili's words, the draft law will soon enter into force as a law, and one man's whim can change nothing.
Earlier, UNM head Nika Melia said in his social media post that if amnesty is ''scrapped, he will undertake the responsibility to post the bail by the European Union and leave prison.''
