The members of European Georgia are boycotting the listening of Irakli Shotadze, the applicant for the position of the General Prosecutor at the Legal Issues Committee of the Parliament of Georgia
According to Sergo Ratiani, Irakli Shotadze is guilty of being politically engaged while in the position of a prosecutor. He said they would not attend the Legal Committee listening and continue to act in the boycott regime.
For the information: Tomorrow, the Legal Issues Committee of the Parliament of Georgia will listen to Irakli Shotadze, an applicant for the position of the General Prosecutor of the country.
The Prosecutors’ Council voted for Irakli Shotadze for the position of General Prosecutor through secret ballot on February 7.
