Ex-president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili has welcomed president Zurabishvili's initiative for all political parties in the country to start a dialogue.
However, Saakashvili stressed that the dialogue must yield the result in the shortest possible time as the country is in crisis.
''To accelerate the reconciliation process and shape it, as well as to end political repressions and start political changes that are mandatory for the country's development, many of us must gather on 21 December.
I want to address my supporters separately: I know how committed you are and how tirelessly you are fighting for my freedom and life. I want you to bear in mind _ in order for me to leave prison, you must take to the streets and rally peacefully. This will pace up the crisis resolution and the dialogue launching process. This will ensure my freedom and my survival! Otherwise, the public will be deluded and ignored continually. We cannot afford to lose time!'' Saakashvili stressed in his note.
