Mikheil Saakashvili, the third President of Georgia, has issued another address from the penitentiary facility.
This time, Saakashvili has addressed public figures, employees at law enforcement agencies, and teachers serving in commissions.
In the ex-president's words, the 14 October rally, at which people gathered with the demand of great reconciliation, was proof for him that the crippled regime ruling the country today no longer has any foundation, and its days are numbered.
Saakashvili called upon citizens of Georgia to say no to great deception, rigging, not to lose the opportunity to live in a free, secure, and democratic country, and get rid of the Georgian Dream, which is depriving them of this opportunity.
''I call upon members of special forces and policemen to refrain from cracking down on protesters _ those people who you are obliged to protect. You have to protect your people rather than the regime or Ivanishvili personally.
I call upon representatives of mass media to tell the truth, turn down blatant lies, and by doing so, refuse to contribute to destroying their own homeland.
We have a great reconciliation ahead,'' Saakashvili said in his address.
