An extraordinary meeting on the issue of minors' involvement in judicial proceedings is underway in the Administration of the Government of Georgia.
The representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Health, different NGOs and psychologists are present at the meeting.
At the meeting, they will focus on the challenges and issues with which juvenile justice is faced, according to the representatives of the third sector.
The meeting, which focuses on juvenile justice, is being conducted on PM Giorgi Gakharia's initiative. Head of the Administration of the Government of Georgia Natia Mezvrishvili is presiding over the meeting.
