Georgian Dream Chairman Irakli Kobakhidze held a briefing at which he showed concern over the necessity of holding the second round of elections in Georgia's 20 municipalities.
''It is particularly disappointing that we have to hold runoff in Tbilisi; however, we all know that Kakha Kaladze will win in these elections eventually,'' he said at the briefing.
