"The meeting was excellent, with the process advancing in the right direction," Georgian Dream Chairman Irakli Kobakhidze said after the meeting between the representatives of the ruling and opposition political parties.
"We have discussed a wide range of issues, and the process has progressed in the right direction. What matters now is the opposition's refusal to disrupt the process. The discussions proved interesting. We have managed to bring our position together on some issues. Other subjects are also under discussion. Hopefully, tomorrow's discussions will prove constructive," Kobakhidze declared.
A meeting between the leading and the ruling party was conducted at the European Commission Delegation office, with Charles Michel's representative Christian Danielsson being a mediator.
