UNM MPs Tina Bokuchava and Nona Mamulashvili have lodged a claim against GD MPs Shalva Papuashvili and Levan Mgaloblishvili. The parliamentary ethics committee of Georgia has received the claim.
Bokuchava and Mamulashvili allege that the male MPs prevented them from expressing their protest by using force. ''We have been assaulted,'' the women claim.
During an altercation, Nona Mamulashvili climbed onto the table with a placard to express her protest, but Irakli Zakrua forced her to climb down off it. As for Shalva Papuashvili, he blocked Tina Bokuchava's way to the interior minister.
