"For Mikheil Saakashvili, any constructive step and agreement are unacceptable," Irakli Kobakhidze, Chairman of the ruling Georgian Dream party, said.
He says Georgian Dream did everything to reach an agreement.
Kobakhidze accused the opposition of destructiveness.
"Saakashvili owns two resources: the money he took from Georgia and the media. Due to this money and media resources, he manages to control the situation within the opposition. He also manages to ensure that most of the opposition does not sign the document proposed by the European Union," Kobakhidze claimed.
