Georgian and Lithuanian interior ministers have held a meeting.
Georgia’s Interior Minister Vakhtang Gomelauri and Lithuania’s Interior Minister Agnė Bilotaitė signed a memorandum of understanding for the countries’ ministries to collaborate in 2021-2022.
The meeting participants agreed that they would continue collaboration in the document-defined areas like management of emergencies, vocational education, combating cyber-attack, road security, and others.
The parties also agreed to conduct joint projects and programs.
The ministers confirmed friendly relations. Lithuania showed firm support to Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
