The Parliament Vice Speaker, Gia Voslki, assessed the American Congressman’s letter. He said he did not remember a case of American businessman’s harassment from the Georgian side. He considers the letter baseless and directed against the Georgia reality and biased. Should not it be for democratic values, there will be no economic and political relations between Georgia and the United States.
In his letter addressed to the Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia, he expressed his concern about continued negative trends in democratic and free-market economic indicators that are taking place in Georgia.
