Acting Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs Philip Reeker has met with For Georgia party leader Giorgi Gakharia.
At the meeting, they discussed all issues at the top of the political agenda within the framework of the US-Georgia cooperation.
The high officials focused on the security challenges Georgia faces and current political developments in the country. Mr. Gakharia expanded on his and his party's political plans.
Mr. Reeker and Giorgi Gakharia agreed on further cooperation.
The US Ambassador Kelly Degnan and a member of the political council of the For Georgia party, Kakhaber Kemoklidze, attended the meeting.
