"European Georgia" will not take part in the rallies of the "United National Movement," which are directly related to the issue of Mikheil Saakashvili," Giorgi Noniashvili, a member of European Georgia, stated.
As Giorgi Noniashvili noted, "European Georgia" is a separate party and shares the idea that Mikheil Saakashvili is a political refugee.
"From the position of "European Georgia," we can clearly say that Mikheil Saakashvili is a political refugee and a political hostage of the government. Therefore, we are in solidarity and share the idea that Saakashvili should be released from prison. As for the rallies, these are the rallies of the "National Movement," which are directly related to the issue of Mikheil Saakashvili. Their supporters will be at the rallies; therefore, "European Georgia" does not participate in rallies or participate in the organization," Noniashvili said.
