According to the statement of the election administration, all centers have already received the needed inventory and documentation for the elections.
76 observers from 10 local and 5 observers from an international organization will observe the election process. 221 representatives from 15 media organizations are accredited by the election administration.37 representatives are registered as observers by the election candidates.
