Kakha Kaladze, the Mayor of the capital, responded to the release of Vano Merabishvili, the former Minister of Internal Affairs.
According to Kaladze, Vano Merabishvili is lost in time and space and cannot perceive reality.
"Let's give him time to see his family, figure out what the reality is, what's going on, and then listen to his position. More Vano to the opposition," the Mayor of Tbilisi said.
Vano Merabishvili, the former Minister of Internal Affairs, is free. He left the so-called Matrosov prison.
