The Speaker of the Parliament admits that his visit to the polling station with the symbolic mask of "Georgian Dream" was a violation. Kakha Kuchava explains that he did not pay attention to the mask before arriving at the polling station.
"In the morning, at 8 o'clock, I tried, traditionally, to be the first to arrive at the polling station. I did not really pay attention to the mask I was wearing. The fact is that it was a violation. I know there will be an appropriate response, and I will have to pay the fine," said Kakha Kuchava.
