The State Representative in Kvemo Kartli, Shota Rekhviashvili, together with the deputies and mayors of the municipalities, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia, Faig Guliyev.
At the introductory meeting, the parties discussed the prospects of cooperation.
The conversation focused on the ongoing and possible work in the region's cultural-educational, social, economic, and other priority areas. The focus was on further deepening the existing high-level strategic and friendly relations between the two countries.
Shota Rekhviashvili spoke about the region's development stages with the representatives of the diplomatic corps, the existing potential, and the process of irreversible integration due to ethnic diversity.
