The Georgian Public Broadcaster is streaming live coverage of the pre-election debates, with Mamuka Mdinaradze from the Georgian Dream coalition and leader of the opposition Strategy Agmashenebeli party Giorgi Vashadze involved in it.
Mamuka Mdinaradze has responded to Giorgi Vashadze's pre-election video clips and gifted him with a watch from Irakli Kobakhidze. In Mdinaradze's words, neither he nor Irakli Kobakhidze possesses expensive watches shown in his clips.
"I must shed light on his lies. He decided to hold a watch PR campaign by showing my watch in his clips, which was not actually mine and Irakli Kobakhidze's watch, which was not his. I want to gift him a watch sent by Irakli Kobakhidze, which will remind him time and the inadmissibility of saying lies," Mdinaradze said.
To Mdinaradze's statement, Vashadze responded that the watch which he brought is fake, and he will have to return it to its owner, who, on his part, will have to return the authentic watch. "You will, of course, say that the defense minister has neither a GEL 600,000 watch nor do they live in palaces," Vashadze said.
