"We want peace in the Black Sea region and an end to growing tensions," Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu wrote on Twitter.
At a meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Georgia, Poland, Romania, and Ukraine in Bucharest, Çavuşoğlu stressed the need for diplomacy and discussion.
"We support the territorial integrity of Georgia and Ukraine," he said.
