European Council President Charles Michel told Georgian, Ukrainian, and Moldovan leaders after they concluded the joint memorandum at Petra Fortress, Kobuleti municipality, Georgia, that they may depend on the European Union.

Michel stressed that they have to pay close attention to some priorities before the Eastern Partnership summit. In his words, these priorities are as follows: a) mobilizing more financial assistance, being innovative, and cooperating with the European Investment Bank to support specific infrastructure projects and ensure the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the countries; b) ensuring increased cooperation in different fields, and c) implementing reforms not for enjoying Brussel's approval but for the well-being of citizens. ''Dear colleagues and friends, you may depend on the European Union. We will make all-out efforts to maintain this high-level dialogue,'' Michel declared.

Georgia, Ukraine, and Moldova, the associated countries of the Eastern Partnership, have concluded a joint memorandum at Petra Fortress, Kobuleti municipality, Georgia.
