Mikheil Saakashvili has opened a headquarters at the presidential library and plans to preside over it. He addressed his adherents via Skype.
"We are preparing a new voting system, with lots of new well-trained election observers in different age groups. We will also have face recognition and anti-bribery systems and, most importantly, a great number of voters. This election may be defined as a new Battle of Didgori in Georgia, and a life or death election determining Georgia's fate. Have we lived in vain? Have our lives been fruitless? This is a turning point, and we cannot betray our country now. Should I sit at ease near a warm fireplace as a passive observer? Everything is pointless if you refuse to save your country. Therefore, I deeply believe that our victory is inevitable," Saakashvili declared.
