Executive Secretary of the Georgian Dream Mamuka Mdinaradze says that the Main Channel cameraman fell down the stairs when he was trying to leave the area, walking backward.
In Mdinaradze's words, reports saying that the cameraman was pushed are false.
''As they say, the cameraman has not sustained severe injuries. I am responsible for my words; to clarify the situation, I talked with the representatives of our headquarters four times. No altercation between them and the cameraman has taken place. I reiterate I am responsible for my words: Nika Gvaramia lied. No one has even touched the cameraman. It goes without saying that he was not pushed. The police will investigate everything,'' Mdinaradze declared.
Mtavari Arkhi (Main Channel) cameraman Leva Ablotia has reportedly been pushed off the second floor of the Georgian Dream office in Georgia's Kareli municipality.
