"Strasbourg will now assess whether the state has offered a safe environment and highly qualified medical care to a patient who has agreed to a court order calling for an end to the hunger strike. Everything will be returned within the framework of the proposed decision of the Strasbourg court," Nino Lomjaria wrote.
