Head of the Tbilisi City Council, Giorgi Tkemaladze, has made a speech at the Tbilisi City Council session after Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze presented candidates for cabinet members.
Tkemaladze stressed the opposition's accusations that they failed to produce tangible results for four years are groundless.
''Our team under Kakha Kalsadze's leadership has passed crucial reforms such as transport policy and urban policy within the framework of which we adopted a critical document _ the city's urban plan. We have passed crucial reforms in different fields tailored to each citizen's wellbeing. We introduced lots of new projects to the healthcare sector,'' he said, adding that they ''cannot accept the opposition's allegations that they have done nothing for four years.''
