The Georgian Dream ruling party and the opposition are now elaborating details of the election reform.
Strategy Aghmashenebeli leader Giorgi Vashadze says that people can no longer use old identification cards to participate in the elections.
''We have agreed that citizens will use new ID cards to vote. This is a tremendous achievement after hour work,'' Mr. Vashadze declared.
