Zaal Udumashvili, a UNM member, defines plebiscite as an issue that is advisable to be discussed at the negotiating table.
"Plebiscites are held as their results are to be considered; however, a plebiscite must be of the same significance for the government as they are for us. It should provide an answer to the question of whether or not snap elections must be held in the country," Udumashvili stressed.
