The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Gharibashvili, congratulates the citizens on State Flag Day.
According to the head of government, the state flag is a symbol that the people of many ethnicities, diverse cultures living on this land have one homeland and one future.

Today we honor our heroes, state and national figures, all those who have dedicated their lives to the service of the homeland.
Our flag will always be raised as a sign that we will continue to defend and strengthen what we have gained at the cost of great struggle and labor - our independence and freedom," said the Prime Minister.
