The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Gharibashvili, visited the memorial of the heroes who died in the fight for the unity of Georgia.
On the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the fall of Sokhumi, Irakli Gharibashvili visited the Heroes' Memorial together with members of the government, Grigol Liluashvili, the head of the State Security Service, and Ruslan Abashidze, the Chairperson of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia.
The head of government laid a wreath at the memorial and paid tribute to the memory of the victims.
