The President of Georgia pardoned 14 convicts, 9 of whom will leave the penitentiary today. The president reduced the sentence of one convict in a penitentiary institution; the remaining four convicts were pardoned from various types of sentences, such as further probation, reduction of probation, release from house arrest, release from the restriction of the right to drive a vehicle.
