Ramaz Nikolaishvili, the member of Parliament of Georgia, the Parliamentary Assembly of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), and Deputy of the Committee of Legal and Political Affairs, took part in the election observation mission in Azerbaijan, Baku. Early parliamentary elections of the Parliament of Azerbaijan (Milli Majlis) took place on February 9. According to the preliminary results of the elections, the ruling political party won 65 of the 125 seats.
