Georgia's third president Mikheil Saakashvili has responded to the recently scheduled court hearings at which opposition leaders and Director of the Mtavari Arkhi TV Company Nika Gvaramia will be tried.
"Nika Gvaramia's court hearing has been scheduled again with outright disregard for the agreement with the ambassadors. They are also arresting Gigi Ugulava's relatives, while the date for Nika Melia's new court hearing has been already fixed," Saakashvili wrote, adding that this is their entire wretched antinational campaign.
Court hearings of leftist leaders Gigi Ugulava and Nika Melia have been scheduled for 10 and 15 December, respectively, while Director of the Mtavari Arkhi TV Company Nika Gvaramia will be tried on 7 December.
