Salome Zurabishvili, the President of Georgia, did not specify whether Giorgi Mamaladze will be among those pardoned. According to her, it is not clear why there is interest regarding Mamaladze's case. The President told reporters that when she issues a pardon, the list will be presented.
"It is not right for us to talk only about Mamaladze," Zurabishvili said.
The Presidential Administration has released a statement on the issue of pardoning Deacon Giorgi Mamaladze on December 2.
