Beselia sat beside Anri Okhanashvili and interrupted him. Okhanashvili turned off the microphone and announced a five-minute break.
The time for the break has expired, though there is still noise in the hall of the Legal Issues Committee, and the voting process cannot begin. The Resource Officers made journalists leave the hall, but after some noise, the journalists were allowed to return.
