Illegal decisions are often linked to a variety of fictitious reasons, including ensuring so-called security in the occupied territories in connection with the ongoing elections in the territory controlled by the central government.
Similar damaging decisions by the Russian occupation forces were made during the first round of the 2021 municipal elections. The central government has activated a hotline and informed the EUMM about the restrictions on free movement," said the statement by the State Security Service.
