The Tbilisi City Court has revoked the State Inspector's decision on imposing a fine on the Justice Ministry of Georgia for publicizing Georgian ex-pres. Mikheil Saakashvili's personal data after defining this as an illegal act.
The State Inspector's Service says that hopefully, they will receive the court's substantiated decision before its abolishment so that they can appeal against the decision.
As for the lawsuit by the Special Penitentiary Service in connection with the State Inspector's decision on its move to publicize Saakashvili's personal data, it is scheduled to be subjected to review on 13 Jan 2022.
