National Movement member Zaal Udumashvili has responded to PM Gharibashvili's statement dubbing it cynical.
Mr. Udumashvili says he stands ready for the dialogue if Nika Melia is also be involved in it.
"Gharibashvili's statement is cynical considering that, on the one hand, he is proposing to sit down at the negotiating table and, on the other, he is the initiator of the alarming developments at the UNM office, which the entire world has witnessed. We are ready to sit at the negotiating table if Nika Melia sits at its other end."
Today, PM Gharibashvili has addressed the opposition and called for dialogue.
"Today, after the law has been enforced, and the government has fulfilled its duty, I appeal to all political forces who love their country to launch a genuine dialogue and focus on what must unit us, rather than focusing on the rift between us now," Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili said.
