Ukrainian PM visits Georgia

Ukrainian Prime Minister, Denys Shmyhal, has paid an official visit to Georgia. 

On June 3, an official welcoming ceremony was held at the Administration of the Government of Georgia. The Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Gharibashvili has hosted the Ukrainian counterpart.

A face-to-face meeting between the prime ministers is set to be conducted, after which the talks are planned to continue in an expanded format. Irakli Gharibashvili and Denys Shmyhal will make statements for representatives of different media outlets. 

Within the framework of his official visit to Georgia, the Prime Minister of Ukraine will meet with the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia Kakha Kuchava and the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, and the spiritual leader of the Georgian Orthodox Church, Ilia II.

Together with the delegation members, Denys Shmyhal will honor the memory of the heroes who lost their lives in the fight for Georgia's territorial integrity and will lay a wreath at Heroes Square.
