Demonstrators have gathered in Batumi to show support to members of the United National Movement party. According to the party members, this is their pre-election meeting with voters.
The United Opposition has presented three MP candidates and two candidates for the membership of the Supreme Council of Ajara to its adherents in Batumi boulevard. The presented candidates are as follows: Levan Varshalomidze, Giorgi Kirtadze, Misha Bolkvadze, Bondo Tedoradze, and Elguja Bagrationi.
Levan Varshalomidze, whose father has passed recently, could not attend the event and posted the statement in which he apologized for his absence on social media.
