The Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Vakhtang Gomelauri, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey to Georgia, Fatma Seren Yazgan, and the newly appointed Advisors of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Turkey to Georgia, Necmettin Akca and Nejmi Ince.
"The Minister congratulated the advisers on their appointment and wished them success in their future activities. Vakhtang Gomelauri expressed hope that their involvement would further strengthen the fruitful cooperation between the parties.
The participants of the meeting discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of law enforcement and outlined the prospects for future relations," the statement issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs reads.
