Per the current legislation, including the acting prime minister in the electoral list is permitted, according to Irakli Kobakhidze, the majority member.
"The team will make an optimal decision on this issue after consulting with the prime minister.
Everything else is early to discuss at this point; decisions will be made after consultations.
We will obviously talk with everyone, including Mamuka Bakhtadze if he wishes so, and decisions will be made with regard to all candidates. We have not yet held these consultations as it is early to do so," Kobakhidze said.
