NASA's Mars Science Lab team has received a new image taken by the Curiosity rover. The device took a selfie at the bottom of Mont Mercou hill.

The picture shows not only the rover but also the beautiful panorama of the Red Planet.

The photos are taken on March 26th. They will help specialists to study geography better.

The Curiosity rover on Mont Mercou has to make small holes so that scientists can better study the rock mass. Scientists speculate that the device will be able to detect non-tonicity. This is a mineral that orbital devices have previously seen.
