The globe-trotting Instagram model, who's known for having 'the longest legs in Belgravia', claims her suitor is "one of the most powerful men in Northern Europe".
She told the Mail: "I noticed a very good-looking older man making eye contact. He gave me his number and first name."
Amanda, who has 51,900 followers, says she texted him the next day, and her phone immediately "blew up with pages of love texts".
But she soon discovered who the man was - and that he had a wife.
She added: "I said I can’t possibly meet him. He said he was prepared to dissolve his marriage immediately and then he proposed.
"Eventually we met up in London and he proposed again, this time with a ten-carat ring. But it was getting all too weird. I offered him the ring back but he said it would make him happy if I kept it."
Amanda is currently dating a Canadian chap - but she's been coy about announcing his name.
