A 15-year-old boy has reportedly died in the city of Kutaisi after he slipped on a smooth stone and fell straight into the river Tskaltsitela. His peers failed to save him from drowning. Rescuers and ambulance crew found him dead.
The investigation into the case has been launched under Article 115, envisaging crimes of driving to suicide.
