"Starting from Monday, 180 new minibusses will serve the population of Tbilisi," the Mayor of the capital, Kakha Kaladze, said at the meeting of the Tbilisi government.
According to him, the replacement and renewal of buses have started and will be completed by the end of the year.
"The replacement program has started; 300 minibusses have been purchased. We presented them, while 120 minibusses already operated.
Our transport policy consists of many interesting components. We have purchased buses and are waiting for them to arrive; thus, the yellow buses will no longer run in the city," Kaladze noted.
